When you become a Gemini partner, all of your business entitles you to our exclusive quarterly bonuses and top compensation. Bonuses are based on business submitted in the second quarter (between April 1, 2025– June 30, 2025), and will be awarded 60 days after the next quarter once the case is paid.

Annuity & Single Premium Life Bonus*

• $500 bonus for total combined paid premium of $250,000 – $499,999
• $1,000 bonus for total combined paid premium of $500,000 – $999,999
• $2,000 bonus for total combined paid premium of $1,000,000 – $2,499,999

• $500 for total combined target commissionable premium of $5,000-$9,999

• $3,500 for total combined target commissionable premium of $35,000-$49,999

Long-Term Care and Disability Income Bonus***

• $250 for total combined target commissionable premium of $5,000-$9,999
• $500 for total combined target commissionable premium of $10,000+

Medicare Offerings Bonus****

• $200 at 15 applications
• $500 at 30 applications
• $1,000 at 50 applications

Group Health Bonus Pool*****

• Throughout the year, profits from our enrollment platforms will contribute to a growing Gemini Group Producer Bonus Pool, currently at $25,000.

How it works:

1. Complete the New Agent Introduction Form below.
2. URL will contact the person you introduced to discuss the many ways in which they may benefit from our services. Please note that we will use your name when we contact them.
3. When the person you introduced submits and places their first case, URL will be happy to say thank you by rewarding you with a $100.

Rules:

• The person you introduced must not have placed business with URL in the last 2 years.
• The person you introduced must place business within 6 months of being introduced.
• New agent must contract directly with URL and not be in a hierarchy to which URL is paying an override. The introducing agent must be active with URL having had at least one case go “paid”.
• Payments will be made on a quarterly basis.
