Kelly Lucas

Kelly, Orion Client Services Manager, has worked in the insurance industry since 2002. She joined URL in 2018 with an extensive work history in Medicare. She helps her clients by offering valuable Medicare plan options. Kelly's goal is to ensure there is a clear understanding of Medicare and all its parts. Making a plan choice can be difficult, so she prides herself on helping her clients in making the choice to best fit their needs. In her spare time, she enjoys running, vacationing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Olivia Adkins

Olivia, Medicare specialist, has been in customer service and sales since 2016 and joined URL's Medicare Offerings team in 2019. She is currently attending Harrisburg Community College and working towards her bachelor's in marketing. Her hobbies include hiking, yoga, and baking.

Lindsey Landis

Lindsey, Pennie specialist, has worked in the insurance industry since 2008, when she joined the URL family as the receptionist and learned a lot about the industry. In 2016 she earned her life and fixed annuities, accident and health insurance license. Lindsey is the Pennie enrollment expert for the Orion Client Services division. In her free time she loves spending time with her children, is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan, and feels it's very important to stay positive and learn something new every day!
