Hello everyone, thank you so much for joining us this morning. Stay cool in your houses while you watch this webinar before you get your day started. I'm Christy Wilbert, Senior Vice President of the Medicare Offerings Department at URL Insurance Group. I want to go over a few housekeeping items before we get started.

First, click on your chat box at the bottom right of your screen. That will open our live chat, and you can chat with us throughout the presentation. There’s also a spot for Q&A, which we will get to at the end. You can use either option, whichever is easier.

This webinar will be recorded, so you can watch it later if needed. We have a great presentation for you today on Enroll Here. If you haven’t heard of them yet, they are everywhere. I had the opportunity to see them live at Medicare Con and Medicare’s conferences, which are some of the largest gatherings in the Medicare industry each year. It’s thousands of people, not just agents, FMOs, or carriers. I’m excited to share this with you today.

We have John Sauer here, Vice President of Sales at Enroll Here. He has an extensive history of bringing value to the companies he works with and is passionate about helping businesses grow. He’s definitely someone you want in your corner, and he’s here to help. I’ll turn it over to John.

Thank you, christy. How’s everyone doing? My name is John, and I’m VP of Sales at Enroll Here. A little about my background: I’ve been in tech sales for the last five to six years and worked at another company in the lead generation space.

Enroll Here is primarily an inbound dialer system. Essentially, it gives your agents the ability to have a telephony system. If you’ve used a VoIP system or some form of virtual telephony, it’s similar, but specifically designed for the Medicare and health insurance space. Agents log into the SaaS platform, and admins can monitor day-to-day activity, including talk time, pause time, and the number of calls taken.

Our dialer system was built from the ground up specifically for Medicare agencies. While there are other dialers like Five9, Vici, and Convoso, ours is tailored for the unique needs of agencies in this space, especially newer businesses. Everything we’ve built is designed to help agencies grow, automate tasks, and focus on scaling their business.

Let’s get into the demo. When you first log into the platform, the interface is designed to be simple and easy to navigate, while also being powerful. The admin side shows who is logged in, who is waiting for calls, and who is calling out. Agents can set dispositions after calls to track outcomes, including enrollments that can integrate with systems like Sunfire. Agents can also pause themselves for breaks, and admins can monitor their status in real time.

One unique feature is the ability to listen in on live calls without interrupting the conversation. Admins can chat with agents during the call to provide guidance or training. This is extremely useful for coaching and improving agent performance.

Admins can track individual agent metrics, including hours logged, calls taken, inbound versus outbound calls, billable calls, closing rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Enroll Here also functions as a wholesale buyer for inbound calls from various vendors, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Admins can assign agents to different vendor queues, monitor billable calls, and calculate closing rates in real time.

The system allows dynamic CPA caps, acting as a stop-loss feature to prevent overspending on leads. Admins can set daily or performance-based limits for each agent. The platform provides detailed agent performance reports, including talk time, wait time, pause time, and wrap-up. Reports can be filtered by day, week, or month, and exported to Excel or integrated with CRMs via open API.

The marketplace feature allows admins to view and select vendors, see pricing, and review creative before choosing. Agents can be assigned to multiple queues, and admins can track performance and optimize CPA by adjusting assignments. Agencies using Enroll Here have seen CPA reductions of 40-45% due to the data-driven insights and reporting capabilities.

All of these features focus on agent metrics, phone call performance, and compliance. The owners of Enroll Here previously ran agencies and identified a gap in dialer systems for Medicare. That’s why the platform includes comprehensive performance tracking and AI-driven compliance scoring based on 26 CMS markers, covering eligibility verification, required disclosures, scope of appointment, consent, and call opening protocols.

We built this from the ground up. It is a real AI that actually learns from every phone call that comes through the platform when agents put a successful disposition on it. Once the agents mark the outcome of a call, it records and analyzes it. We house the recordings for up to ten years, and every call is scored.

Before this, many agencies had people whose job it was to listen to phone calls for compliance checks to ensure agents were following proper procedures. Our AI scores every single call for compliance markers, giving each agent a total score. You can see how an agent performed on a specific call, including details like enrollment information, lead data, duration, and even a transcription. It evaluates things like consumer experience, summary benefits, and eligibility verification. The admin can see all of this in real time, allowing them to address issues immediately.

The system dives deeper, assessing whether the agent followed required call openings, provided full name and license status, made required disclosures, and obtained permission from the beneficiary. It evaluates valid election periods and other compliance criteria. This automates compliance monitoring, so agencies can focus on operations while the AI ensures calls meet regulatory standards.

The platform’s marketplace shows available inbound call vendors. Admins can select vendors based on pricing and volume, and the calls are high-intent since they are user-initiated. Pricing ranges from $15 to $45 per call, and you can tap into multiple queues depending on the capacity of your agents. Dynamic scripts can be assigned to agents based on vendor and source, ensuring that each call has the proper flow. Admins control which agents receive calls, set delays or advancements based on experience, and can customize queues as needed.

From the agent perspective, each agent has a personal login and phone number. They can view their own performance, listen to their recordings, see compliance summaries, and take or pause calls. Agents cannot access other agents’ calls, add themselves to queues, or adjust their caps—everything is controlled by the admin. Agents can also outbound dial their own data through preview or power dialing, allowing them to reach additional leads beyond inbound calls.

The platform is designed to be simple to use but extremely powerful. It helps agencies keep agents compliant, lowers CPAs, and provides complete visibility into all operations. Combining the marketplace with performance insights allows agencies to optimize workflows and maximize results. Agencies of all sizes using Enroll Here have seen agent closing rates between 15% and 21%. With proper training, an agent can generate multiple enrollments per day from a manageable number of calls.

A question came in regarding Medicare leads outside the AEP. Michael asked whether the system is better during AEP or if agents can use it year-round. Outside AEP, agents often focus on low-income markets like DSNP. The marketplace has a variety of Medicare leads, including mixed types, and allows for follow-up and note-taking, providing a long-term strategy to build relationships with potential future clients. Medicare leads are a long game; agents can establish themselves as a trusted resource, follow up, and convert leads over time.

Enroll Here will be at the Medicare Connections Conference on September 3rd, providing an opportunity to see the platform in person. For questions or demos, John Sauer, VP of Sales, invites connections on LinkedIn.
