Hi everyone. Thank you so much for joining URL and Allstate today for this webinar. URL and Allstate are not a new partnership. We previously worked with Phil and his team on the group ancillary side, and when we were approached about the Medicare Supplement product, we were very excited.

Allstate is a household name. It is well known, respected in the community, and familiar to consumers. Beyond that, they are offering some impressive discounts and innovative features with their Medicare Supplement products, in addition to having very competitive rates right now.

Before we get started, I want to let you know that today’s webinar is being recorded. It will be saved on our website under the events calendar so you can watch it again at your convenience. There is also a blue chat box on the bottom right-hand side of your screen. Please feel free to open it and submit any questions throughout the presentation. We will address them as they come up or at the end.

With that, I am going to turn it over to Phil to introduce himself and walk through the products. Thank you for joining us today, Phil.

Thank you, Christy. I want to thank all the agents who carved out valuable time to attend today’s webinar. I’m excited to share the Allstate product with you. For those who may not remember me, my name is Phil Micer, and I am the company representative for URL Financial. We have a great history together and are looking forward to the future.

Today, we are here to discuss Medicare Supplement products and another senior product we offer. For those unfamiliar with Allstate’s history, you can see an overview of our financial strength on the screen. We are an A-plus rated carrier by AM Best.

One of the key advantages we have right now is our stackable premium discounts. I will review all of them shortly, but two of the strongest are a 7 percent household discount for individuals who live with someone over age 50 who is not enrolling, and a 10 percent annual pay discount. I have been in the industry a long time, and I have never seen an annual pay discount this generous.

We recently adjusted our commissions upward. We are also unusual in that we allow any-day effective dates. This can be very helpful, especially if a rate increase is approaching. For example, if a rate increase is scheduled for August 1, you could submit an application for July 31 to avoid it.

We offer several ways to sign policies, with the easiest currently being security questions. The customer simply answers a security question, such as their mother’s maiden name, and the policy is signed. Soon, we will be transitioning to a PIN system, where a PIN is sent to the customer and read back to the agent to complete the signature.

We also offer instant decision underwriting. About 85 percent of underwritten applications are instant issued. Once issued, you can immediately download a temporary ID card. This allows clients to leave a meeting with proof of coverage, which gives them peace of mind.

Another available discount is the activity tracker discount. If a customer has an Apple Watch, Fitbit, or similar device and connects it to our system, they receive a 5 percent discount. All discounts can stack up to a maximum of 25 percent.

We also offer a 10 percent dual household discount when two applicants apply together. Our product is available in most states, with the exception of Washington State, New York, and New England. States touching Pennsylvania are multi-discount states, except for New Jersey, which allows only a 10 percent dual applicant discount.

For underwritten products, we offer a Preferred Select option. Customers who qualify receive a lower starting rate that remains lower for the life of the policy. The same is true for all premium discounts; they do not expire after the first year.

We offer Plans A, B, F, High F, G, and N. Most business is written in Plan G, with occasional High F or Plan N enrollments. Pre-2020 Medicare-eligible individuals may still purchase Plan F. There are no networks with Medicare Supplements, and all standard benefits apply. In addition, we include a hearing benefit through Amplifon.

Amplifon offers a nationwide network with an average savings of 60 percent off manufacturer suggested retail prices for hearing aids. This includes a 60-day risk-free trial, one year of follow-up care, two years of free batteries, and a three-year warranty with loss and damage protection.

We also offer gym and fitness benefits. At no cost, customers receive on-demand fitness videos. For those who prefer in-person fitness centers, we offer Active&Fit, which provides access to over 10,000 gyms nationwide for a discounted monthly fee.

Our plan eligibility and underwriting guidelines are standard and familiar to most Medicare producers. Our rates are especially competitive in Pennsylvania and surrounding states, including Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Virginia.

We provide a simple, intuitive agent website. I have been in this industry a long time, and this is one of the easiest senior platforms I have seen. I will now introduce Jen, our senior specialist. She has over 15 years of experience and oversees all senior products for our territory.

Thank you, Phil. Thanks everyone, and apologies for joining a bit late. At the end of the presentation, we will show you how to quote and enroll online using the e-app, which includes instant decisions and ID cards.

We allow any-day effective dates as long as Medicare Part A and Part B are active. Applications must be signed at least one day prior to the effective date, and the initial premium must also be paid at least one day prior. We accept EFT payments from checking or savings accounts.

Our agent-facing website is allstatehealth.com, which includes training materials, brochures, and videos. Agents can also schedule one-on-one or group training sessions with me using the QR code provided at the end.

Existing members access their portal at myallstatehealthsolutions.com, where they can view policy documents, manage payments, sync activity trackers, and download temporary ID cards.

We have offered Medicare Supplement plans since 2018. While we were previously competitive only in certain regions, we are now highly competitive in approximately 37 states. Our plans help protect clients from out-of-pocket expenses while offering flexibility to see any provider that accepts Medicare.

Discounts remain in effect for the life of the policy. Guaranteed issue applicants typically come in at preferred rates. Medicare-eligible individuals under age 65 may enroll depending on state requirements. There are no pre-existing condition waiting periods for Medicare Supplement plans.

We also offer dental, vision, and hearing plans with no waiting periods. These plans include rich benefits, increasing annual maximums, and strong provider networks. A bundling discount is available when sold alongside a Medicare Supplement plan.
