Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)

• An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) is a type of health benefit plan that allows employers to reimburse employees for individual health insurance premiums and other qualified medical expenses.
• Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) are available for groups of less than 50 that do not have a group health offering in place. The IRS sets annual limits for employer reimbursements.
