How it works:

1. Complete the New Agent Referral Form below.
2. URL will contact your referral to discuss the many ways in which they may benefit from our services. Please note that we will use your name when we contact your referral.
3. When your referral submits and places their first case, URL will be happy to say thank you by rewarding you with a $100 American Express Gift Card.

Rules:

• Referral must not have placed business with URL in the last 2 years.
• Referral must place business within 6 months of being referred.
• New agent must contract directly with URL and not be in a hierarchy to which URL is paying an override.
• Referring agent must be active with URL having had at least one case go "paid" in the last 12 months.
